Sorry, my action freeze from Bannack was not the best, so this was from last week.. I focused throughout the entire frame and also had the exposure set to 0.5.

I set the camera to shutter priority, to take the shot eight seconds after the capture button was pushed. I had Lucas stand still, then move quickly out of the frame to create this ghost look.

I like these! i would fix one thing in the shot of lucas; the metal pole behind him is aligned with his arm in kind of an awkward way.
